  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • You have not accessed or substantially completed the course.
  • The course material has not been downloaded (if applicable).

Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  3. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Note: Refunds will not be issued to any other payment method besides the one used for the initial transaction.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Courses that have been accessed or substantially completed.
  • Expired refund requests (beyond the 7 day refund period).
  • Promotional or discounted courses unless otherwise stated.
  • Custom services, such as one-on-one consultations or course modifications, are non-refundable.

You can cancel your course registration at any time before accessing the course material. However, please note that cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course content are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after accessing the course content or beyond the 7 day period are not eligible for a refund.

  • The option to transfer your registration to another course or a future session.
  • Access to the course at a later date if it is rescheduled.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, and we do not store any sensitive payment details. We will work with you and Razorpay to resolve any payment-related issues promptly.
